The "Macina" Restaurant "The Macina" restaurant, also open to non-residents of the Borgo, is where you will discover the traditional Sicilian zero-mile field-to-table “poor cuisine”, a cuisine made from high quality natural foods cultivated and processed in Terralcantara. In a warm and welcoming rustic space, you will be served dishes made from vegetables and citrus fruits from the orchards of the Nuns, cheeses and meats.
