Olive Harvest

Attend an olive pressing and participate in the squeezing at the mill, to discover how the best Sicilian oil is created.

The package includes:

• Presentation of the guide to assist and accompany guests throughout their stay
• Presentation of the program and organization of "Chiumme" (working groups): we can organize Chiumme in competitions with each other for various objectives (largest collection of citrus fruits, largest variety of citrus gathered, etc.)
• Transportation to the harvest area and the establishment of "Chiumme" according to the organizational hierarchy established above (Chiumme leader, pickers, panarari (basket makers) and scartatari, (sorters) - distribution of equipment for the collection.
• A recorded video and / or photo shoot during the collection
• Movie and photo collection, announcement of the winners in the event of a contest between Chiumme
